About Us
Healthy Harvest was the name of Karl’s small, family, organic vegetable farm near St. Louis, Missouri. Upon moving to Colorado, we wanted to continue to share our healthy traditions.

We started out by offering pure, extra virgin olive oil straight from a family farm in Greece. With much of the olive oil in the U.S. being adulterated, we wanted to provide an option people could trust. Since then, our mission has grown to offer organic, traditional foods and products and the captivating stories of where they came from.

With each and every product we offer, we have a direct relationship with the producer and have witnessed their production methods ensuring transparency. These foods have been used for centuries for health and vitality. Our goal is to share them in their purest form. Our products contain no preservatives, additives, colors or anything else except what nature has provided.

We are a foodie family searching for the best organic olive oils in the world. We only source from small single estates whom we visit in person to ensure premium quality and sustainable growing practices. Then, we send samples from each year's harvest to an independent lab who certifies our oils are 100% REAL extra virgin quality and high in healthful polyphenols. Whether you like a light, buttery flavor for every day cooking, or a robust Italian oil with a powerful punch of anti-inflammatory antioxidants, we have the perfect olive oil just for you.


Practices
It is our mission to show people a path towards optimal health using only natural ingredients that we use ourselves and believe in. That ancient societies and grandmothers have known about for years. That modern science also proves.

The chemical oleocanthal in pure, extra virgin olive oil has been proven to break down and kill cancer cells and fight inflammation. Oregano is a potent antibiotic. Wild mountain tea has been known to stop a cold or flu in its tracks.

Cooking is seriously one of the easiest ways to prevent almost all diseases. Why are we not all talking about this? Why aren't we all learning to be our own family doctors? The corporate food system and massive pharmaceutical industry just aren't working. They steal our health and sell it back to us.

What if, instead, we knew where our food came from? What if we didn't rely on labels, but rather, we built relationships? What is if simply knew the properties of fruits, vegetables, and herbs that nature provides us to prevent illness or heal ourselves and our families?

By knowing where these nutritious ingredients come from, we begin to connect with farmers and small entrepreneurs in our community, trusting that what we put in our children's bodies will prevent disease, not contribute to it.
